Government Litigation Support Expert

As a Government Litigation Support Expert at Contact Government Services, LLC, you will play a key role in supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about contributing to government innovation, valuing collaboration, and anticipating the needs of others.

About the Job:
  • This role requires a highly skilled Government Litigation Support Expert to lead eDiscovery projects and provide consultation to clients on all client eDiscovery needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions, including 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
  • You will be responsible for responding to client requests, providing consultation to clients, and creating batches of records for review in Relativity.
  • The salary for this role is $116,480 - $158,080 per year.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client requests and provide consultation to clients.
  • Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
  • Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
  • Develop, modify, and implement workflows.
  • Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders for tasks associated with data processing, review, and production.
Requirements:
  • eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
  • Progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
  • Experience with Government software policies and procedures.
  • Client-facing communication experience.
  • Federal Agency issued security clearance.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).
