Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a daily patient load of 8-10 individuals
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
  • First-time travelers are welcome
  • No weekend shifts required
  • No on-call duties
  • Floating within scope is not necessary
  • Flexible block scheduling available: 5x8 hours
  • Pending licenses are not accepted; all required certifications must be current
  • Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
  • Guaranteed hours: 8 and 10 hour shifts - 40 hours per week; 3, 12 hour shifts - 36 hours per week; 4, 12 hour shifts - 48 hours per week

Unit Specific Information

The role will involve working in various units including ICU, CIC, NICU, orthopedic, neurological, and surgical settings. The focus will be on preparing patients for discharge to home or other facilities, collaborating closely with nursing staff, case management, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
