Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates unwavering dedication to providing outstanding Patient/Customer Service through the execution of NECE.
- Welcomes patients and assists with phone inquiries as needed.
- Conducts services in line with Clinical Protocols and established standards of care.
- Ensures accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations for all patients.
- Builds and maintains a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
- Mentors Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and performs chart audits as necessary.
- Facilitates effective communication with all store associates to ensure a seamless eyecare experience.
- Identifies patients' diverse needs and prescribes suitable products and services.
- Encourages associate decision-making at the level closest to the patient.
- Provides timely, constructive feedback to Associate Doctors and associates.
- Collaborates with the Store Manager to conduct annual performance reviews for Associate Doctors and provides input for store associates' evaluations.
- Strives to achieve exceptional results in key performance areas, including sales growth and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Recruits and selects high-quality staff in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Ensures compliance with staffing and scheduling guidelines.
- Maintains the appearance of the office and store, ensuring visual displays align with company standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry degree.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current Optometric technologies and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Compensation is determined by various factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, and skills. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts.
