Job Title: Compensation Analyst - Rural America

Compeer Financial is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market pricing and salary surveys to benchmark company compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and HR partners to complete job analysis and job evaluation on new and revised positions.
  • Evaluate job descriptions to determine FLSA status and appropriate salary grade.
  • Participate in salary surveys to benchmark company compensation programs.
  • Conduct market competitive practices in compensation programs and recommend adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) partners to analyze and recommend compensation packages for job offers to candidates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of compensation or human resources analytics work experience.
  • Professional compensation or human resources certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of FLSA and compensation-related federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations based on data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
