Opportunity in Academic Cardiology & Advanced Imaging

The Cardiology Division at Hartford Hospital is in search of a proficient, board certified or board eligible Cardiologist with extensive experience in echocardiography, preferably with additional expertise in MRI, CT, or Nuclear Cardiology. This role offers a faculty appointment within an academic environment associated with the hospital's employed group. Hartford Hospital serves as a major quaternary care facility at the heart of a rapidly expanding healthcare network in Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in echo interpretation and TEE performance, with advanced training or experience in echocardiography.
  • Additional interests in imaging modalities such as nuclear cardiology, MRI, or CT are welcomed.
  • Engagement in inpatient rounding and fellow education is expected alongside imaging responsibilities.
