Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU/CCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and operate life support equipment as needed.
- Monitor patient's vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient's progress, including medication administration, treatments, and test results.
- Participate in emergency nursing procedures, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, as needed.
- Active RN license in the United States
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
