About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our retail store location in Lindenhurst, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory and expenses, leading personnel, and controlling operating costs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop their team. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing sales programs, directing the work of technicians and mechanics, and ensuring timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and programs
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor expenses, and control operating costs
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of technicians and mechanics
  • Implement and manage sales programs to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Communicate directly with customers, assess their needs, and provide information on requested and necessary automotive repairs and maintenance
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, paid vacations, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, and on-the-job training.

Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Literally authorized to work in the United States
  • 1 year of experience in retail store management or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
