Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Mount Sinai Health System. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing CT scans and other diagnostic exams, assisting patients, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans and other diagnostic exams, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Assist patients in preparing for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operate radiographic imaging equipment, including CT scanners, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA/J.C.E.R.T. approved program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive CT experience (new graduates considered).
  • Excellent technical skills, knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and positioning.
  • New York State License (L.R.T.). American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current CT certification.
