The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation, security, and maintenance of IT systems and components in a multi-facility, direct manufacturing environment. They will lead IT projects in a self-directed manner, establish procedures to optimize resources, and manage ERP users and access controls. The successful candidate will also create relationships quickly and confidently, successfully managing both internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities include maintaining the company's internal IT Department onsite, managing active directory, group policies, Grand Stream phones, Exchange/Barracuda email, Ubiquity access points, Netgate switches, Hyper V, O365, TrendMicro anti-virus, pfSense firewall, OpenVPN, and Synology and Veeam backups. Additionally, they will determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards, use high-speed transaction recovery techniques, and minimize database downtime.

Preferred requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, 3-5 years' experience in an IT Network or Technical Role, and experience in manufacturing in an IT Technical or Network Administration required. Drive continuous improvement process utilizing Six Sigma and Lean techniques; Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
