As a Grill Cook at El Pollo Loco, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stand for long periods of time and move frequently throughout the kitchen.
  • Use close and distance vision to prepare and cook food.
  • Use hands to reach, handle, feel, and grasp objects.
  • Smell and taste food to ensure quality and flavor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
