  • Compile and distribute daily reports, including the Daily Operating Report and Discount Programs.
  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports, including credit card transactions.
  • Perform guest services functions, such as check-in, check-out, and reservations.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
