Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced physical therapist to enhance our services at Labrador Primary Care Center. The successful candidate will engage with patients in our outpatient facilities, delivering exceptional care to a varied orthopedic and neurological clientele. Our emphasis is on addressing a wide range of orthopedic ailments, as well as gait and balance challenges, alongside other medical conditions. By employing evidence-based methodologies and manual therapy practices, you will create tailored treatment strategies to assist patients in reaching their rehabilitation objectives.
Bilingual skills are a plus for this position.
Key Duties:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to establish treatment goals
- Facilitate the effective provision of rehabilitation services
- Engage positively with patients and their families, providing guidance after treatment
- Craft and execute individualized care plans utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities
- Employ tools and equipment to support patients in restoring movement and managing pain
- Apply diverse methods, including stretching and massage, for patient treatment
- Oversee physical therapy assistants in both clinical and administrative roles
