**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dishwasher.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure all tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen areas are properly sanitized and ready for use before, during, and after services
* Wash and catch dishes/silverware through the dish machine
* Wash metal pots and pans through the 3-compartment sink by hand
* Wash and lift glass racks with the glass washer
* Wipe down walls and cleaning equipment

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods
