Water Resources Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Project Engineer to join our team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a key member of our Water group, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for water resources projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement hydrologic and hydraulic models to evaluate and design water resources projects
  • Conduct safety and condition inspection surveys to evaluate the condition of water resources infrastructure
  • Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their understanding of water resources engineering analyses and design
  • Develop work scopes and technical proposals for water resources projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver water resources projects
Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of practice required
  • MS Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
  • FE or PE license in the state where office is located, or ability to obtain
  • Strong knowledge of hydrology and hydraulics, and experience with water resources engineering software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
