Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Willamette Dental Group. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong patient relationships, educating and engaging patients in maintaining optimal oral health.
  • Work efficiently with a dental team of 1 Dentist and 2 Dental Assistants, practicing assisted hygiene schedules.
  • Utilize your Washington State dental hygiene license to its fullest scope, including local anesthesia and restorative function endorsements.
  • Travel to other WDG locations within a reasonable range as needed, based on business requirements.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted Dental Hygiene license or Dental Hygiene Renewable Limited License.
  • Local anesthesia endorsement.
  • Restorative function endorsement (preferred).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs.
