Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong patient relationships, educating and engaging patients in maintaining optimal oral health.
- Work efficiently with a dental team of 1 Dentist and 2 Dental Assistants, practicing assisted hygiene schedules.
- Utilize your Washington State dental hygiene license to its fullest scope, including local anesthesia and restorative function endorsements.
- Travel to other WDG locations within a reasonable range as needed, based on business requirements.
- Unrestricted Dental Hygiene license or Dental Hygiene Renewable Limited License.
- Local anesthesia endorsement.
- Restorative function endorsement (preferred).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs.
