Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering relationships through proactive outreach and recommending suitable products, services, and digital solutions to assist customers in achieving their financial goals.
  • Support customers with basic inquiries related to account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
  • Follow guidance from management while exercising judgment within established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Required:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

Preferred:
- Military experience in any branch of service.

Experience in a customer-facing role within a military context.Strong customer service skills with a background in managing complex transactions across various systems.Proven ability to engage customers proactively through outreach via phone or email.Capability to educate customers on technology and the benefits of mobile banking options.Experience in collaborating with team members to meet customer needs.Ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.Competence in following policies, procedures, and regulations effectively.Skill in identifying potential fraud or risky accounts and taking appropriate preventive measures.Professional interaction with customers and team members.Relevant military experience in personnel management or human resources.

Job Expectations:
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends.
- Responsible for cash handling and balancing tasks as required.
