Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the facility is in good working condition.
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Operate various equipment, including sweepers, scrubbers, and outdoor equipment, to maintain the facility's appearance and functionality.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the garage, office, and restrooms.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
