KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and assist customers upon their arrival at the service area.
  • Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles with efficiency.
  • Support service documentation and tagging of customer vehicles.
  • Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles before returning them to customers.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damages prior to customer return, reporting any issues immediately.
  • Thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy vehicle lot, repositioning units as necessary to meet dealership display standards.
  • Return vehicle keys to the designated service consultant.
  • Assist automotive technicians by gathering necessary parts, tools, or equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in service bays, customer waiting areas, and other assigned spaces.
  • Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to two years of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
  • Valid Driver's License with insurability.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
