Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of new resident move-ins, including scheduling, paperwork, and communication with families;
  • Conduct tours of the community for potential residents and their families;
  • Assist residents with daily activities and personal care needs;
  • Maintain accurate records of resident information and care plans;
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure residents receive appropriate care;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
