Bethany Medical, a leading multi-specialty group in Central North Carolina, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform patient interviews and vital sign measurements
- Assist with phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and other medical procedures
- Record patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist with patient preparation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care
- CMA, RMA, or NCMA certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- 1+ year of experience in a medical setting (preferably in Family Practice, Neurology, Pain Management, or Internal Medicine)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
