Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining all routine respiratory care equipment throughout the hospital. This includes documenting all appropriate procedures, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on related equipment used on all age groups.

Responsibilities

Document all procedures, repairs, and maintenance of respiratory equipment
Perform minor routine repairs and preventative maintenance on respiratory equipment
Process and test respiratory equipment daily
Identify and retrieve equipment due for calibration and maintenance
Assist respiratory care team members and respond to requests as needed

Requirements

One year of previous work experience or educational training in a healthcare setting
Accuracy in checking, posting, counting, and performing technical procedures
