As an Auto Detailer at Caliber Collision Centers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for delivery to our customers. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough detailing and cleaning of all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer.
- Conduct pre-wash inspections to identify any damage or flaws in the repaired area(s).
- Provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations.
- Assist in maintaining the general maintenance of the repair center and outside grounds.
- May be required to assist with scanning vehicles and utilizing safety equipment.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with the Caliber team and customers.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
Working Conditions:
This position is based in a normal shop environment with occasional physical activity, exposure to fumes and chemicals, and high levels of noise. Protective equipment may be required in certain situations. Occasional sedentary work may be involved.
