Responsibilities:

* Clean and sanitize commercial offices, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
* Take inventory of cleaning supplies and report any deficiencies to the supervisor
* Respond promptly to client complaints and address any issues noted by management
* Learn and perform floor care cleaning tasks as necessary
* Clock in and out properly
* Fill in for absent employees and occasionally work extended shifts
* Notify the supervisor of any issues experienced and be an outstanding communicator

Requirements:

* High School graduate or equivalent
* 1 year of demonstrated experience cleaning commercial offices
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Working Conditions:

* General office environment with low to medium noise, heat, and dust levels
* May be exposed to high dust, heat, and noise levels when visiting field job sites and/or client locations
* Occasional emergency calls after hours, holidays, and on weekends

Physical Requirements:

* Body Positions: Standing, sitting
* Body Movements: Walking, stooping, bending
* Sensory Abilities: Sighted, voiced, and hearing. Close, color, and peripheral vision with ability to adjust eye focus
* Lifting: Low - up to 20 lbs.
