Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at CGL Facility Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing plumbing maintenance and repair work on commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, and repairing water leaks.
  • Install, repair, and replace pipes, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
  • Complete documentation required in compliance with our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance for commercial environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, HSA/FSA accounts, retirement, rewards programs, and more. Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus.
