We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at KinderCare Education. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
  • Support the success of your center by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
