We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intermediate Care Unit at Corewell Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and report patient condition to the healthcare team, including any changes or concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in patient and family education, including providing information on health conditions, treatments, and self-care
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
- Specialty certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or Medical-Surgical Nursing (MSNC) highly recommended
