In this role, you will work with the Center Leadership Team to direct the medical policies and programs for our occupational healthcare services, aligning with Agile's policies, practices, and procedures. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of quality and excellence within the center.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physician Leader to join our team as a Medical Director at one of our centers. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine or a related field and possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive clinical improvements and efficiency.

This is a full-time position requiring the Physician to spend 100% of their time in the center providing direct patient care, leading by example, and enhancing processes and procedures to minimize visit times. The Physician will also be responsible for managing clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with supervisory physician requirements, and maintaining a professional and collaborative working environment.
