Job Title: Caregiver - Weekend

Join our team at Sherwood Pines Memory Care as a Caregiver - Weekend, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Caregiver - Weekend, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse or administrator.
  • Administer medications as directed by the nurse or administrator.
  • Document resident care and activities in the resident's chart.
  • Participate in care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the nurse and other caregivers.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with household chores, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as falls or medical emergencies, according to established policies and procedures.
