About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Raising Cane's. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive customer traffic and increase brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with company objectives and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to evaluate marketing readiness and establish support approaches.
  • Train restaurant marketing systems to new operators and provide ongoing training on new marketing initiatives and existing programs.
  • Enforce Raising Cane's brand standards and restaurant marketing philosophies.
  • Develop and execute business unit marketing plans with specific marketing objectives, including sales, customers, ROI, and brand loyalty goals.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommend adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or relative experience in a field marketing role.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on field marketing in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment.
  • Knowledge and experience working with media and sponsorships, including establishing new and maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, implementing assets, and assessing impact.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
