Job Title: Merchandise Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and participate in store recovery, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, promoting a positive store culture.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a highly satisfied customer experience.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Possesses strong communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation, with a focus on maintaining a safe environment.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
