- Accurately manage core banking systems and sales associate duties, including:
- Processing deposits, verifying cash transactions, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Handling loan payments and processing U.S. Savings Bonds redemptions.
- Managing night depository, ATM, and mail deposits as necessary.
- Providing additional services such as issuing official bank checks and credit card cash advances.
- Maintain strict cash control, balancing assigned cash daily and following security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with identification verification and transaction authorization procedures.
- Prepare mandatory reports in accordance with regulatory standards, including KYC and OFAC policies.
- Contribute to achieving branch performance goals by monitoring personal performance and implementing action plans.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by adhering to established sales and service standards.
- Participate in branch opening and closing procedures as required.
- Foster positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Stay informed about the bank's products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
- Be flexible with work hours to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of the bank's Sales Associate Training Program.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrated sales-oriented professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience handling cash is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is required.
