Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at Rockford Construction. As a Facilities Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining our commercial and residential properties to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and residential properties.
  • Inspect properties and buildings to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Conduct grounds clean up, including trash and snow removal.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
  • Experience in residential and commercial property management is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based work order systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in HVAC, Building Maintenance Technology, First Aid, and CPR.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
