We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwell Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient interviews and assessments to identify health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and implement treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Document patient information and treatment plans to ensure accurate and timely communication with healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Specialized certifications as needed.
