Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Graduate Nurse to join our team at Northern Light Mayo Hospital. As a Graduate Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse until licensure has been verified by the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Eligible to take the NCLEX exam for the first time.
  • Authorization to Test document provided prior to hire.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. The Graduate Nurse will be exposed to various patient populations and will be required to adapt to changing situations.
