• Complete tasks within allotted time frames as outlined in task lists for assigned buildings or positions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure janitorial closet.
• Keep equipment clean and supplies well-organized.
• Pass quality assurance inspections and maintain high levels of cleanliness.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and customers to ensure job requirements are met.
• Ensure safe work environments by using wet floor signs, labeling chemicals, and securing work areas.

• Spot clean entrance door glass.
• Vacuum carpet and carpet runner.
• Dry and damp mop hard surface floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Dust ledges and horizontal surfaces.
• Dust desks and chairs.
• Sanitize telephones.
• Spot clean walls for fingerprints and smudges.
• Vacuum carpeted traffic areas.
• Vacuum carpet wall to wall.
• High and low dust horizontal surfaces.
• Damp wipe and sanitize tables.
• Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and urinals.
• Notify building contacts of irregularities and maintenance needs.
• Turn off lights and secure buildings.
