This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Mental Health Therapist Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and case management. You will also supervise junior therapists, provide feedback and guidance, and contribute to program development and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and case management
  • Supervise junior therapists, provide feedback and guidance, and contribute to their professional development
  • Contribute to program development and implementation, including developing and implementing new initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive mental health services to clients
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance program effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • CA BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health services, including experience as a supervisor or lead therapist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
