Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with a smile.
  • Manage the sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are appealing, and the store is clean and well-maintained.
  • Upsell and suggest products to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Champion our brand by promoting our loyalty rewards program and highlighting exclusive benefits.
  • Efficiently handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide support wherever needed.
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting store, including cleaning restrooms, emptying trash bins, and refilling window washing stations.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in certain states) and able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
