Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment and facilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of building maintenance experience, with hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to use power tools safely
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Value and follow through on attention to detail
  • Possess good math skills
  • Resourcefulness to stay organized and independently on task
  • Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift as well as push, pull, lift, carry moderate weight
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
