Nurse Manager Primary Care Community Health Center

A non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive healthcare services to underserved populations is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead its primary care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the clinical support staff and operations provided within the Health Center.
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care to ensure smooth progression during appointments and follow-up.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees as necessary.
  • Develop and build teams through guidance and professional coaching efforts.
  • Work with management team to establish and implement clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Professional nursing experience with a focus on primary care and community health.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional evenings and Saturdays may be required.
