Qualifications: A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Strong communication and active listening skills. Empathy and the ability to build a therapeutic rapport with clients. Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations. Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and evidence-based interventions. Ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
The Role: As a Child Mental Health Therapist, you will provide mental health counseling to children and their parents. We handle the insurance billing, provide guidance, and find clients, so you can focus on supporting your clients. Experience in an outpatient setting working with children with anxiety disorders, depression, addiction, OCD, ADHD, trauma, Autism, and more.
