This role is a great opportunity to join our team as a General Laborer. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in setup, production, cleanup, and packaging of product in various departments.

We offer a competitive salary, starting at $18.60 per hour, plus shift differential. You will also receive comprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employment, including yearly reviews and raises.



As a Sanitation Laborer, you will be responsible for:



• Assisting with the production, processing, and packaging of all products.

• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.

• Prepares equipment for next shift and product runs including set ups, tear downs, and changeovers.

• Communicates with Supervisors, Line Leads, and other Operators on quality and production of material.

• Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.



We are looking for candidates who are able to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful. The ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment is required.

What you'll accomplish:



• Assist with the production, processing, and packaging of all products.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.

• Prepare equipment for next shift and product runs including set ups, tear downs, and changeovers.



Requirements:



• Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.

• Ability to work in a cold environment of 40-50 degrees F, required.



Skills:



• Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful.



• Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment.
