Job Title: Carpentry Assistant

At Well Done Stewards LLC dba DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of The Woodlands, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpentery Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for carpentry and construction to work on a variety of residential projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receiving work orders from the Production Manager and Lead Carpenter
- Arriving onsite at the prearranged time by the Lead Carpenter
- Treating property owners and their homes with courtesy and respect
- Preparing jobs for the next day before ending the day
- Completing every job as per specifications
- Cleaning up job sites at the end of each day
- Maintaining a clean truck and uniform
- Starting time is usually 7:30am unless otherwise stated
- Assisting with shop/warehouse tasks
- Following the DreamMaker Code of Values

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of construction experience
- Experience working with residential trade contractors
- Understanding of construction basics
- Carpentry and general construction trade skills
- Exceptional customer relation skills
- Ability to communicate and work using effective oral and written skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience.
