We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team at Citizant, a leading provider of IT services to the U.S. government.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PIV card enrollment, data security, and customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and documenting personal information and biometric data from applicants
  • Verifying the authenticity of provided documents and information
  • Handling sensitive personal information with discretion and adhering to data protection regulations
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with applicants
  • Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets tracking status of new applicant, contractor, and federal employee files

The successful candidate will be up-to-date with relevant policies, regulations, and procedures related to PIV card enrollment and will have experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
