Industrial Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC. As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical equipment and associated controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain industrial electrical equipment and associated controls
  • Interpret electrical code specifications and blueprints to determine the layout of industrial electrical equipment installations
  • Program PLCs and diagnose issues with industrial control systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical machines and equipment
  • Coordinate maintenance plans and schedules with the production supervisor
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure the smooth operation of a busy production line
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an industrial electrician, particularly with low voltage controls and 3-phase systems
  • Familiarity with PLCs and industrial control systems
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Competency in conducting preventive maintenance checks and amp readings
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
