Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient processing, picking, packing, and quality control of all assigned e-commerce shipments.
  • Adhere to special packaging requirements, including service specifications and documentation.
  • Accurately match and place shipping labels and necessary documentation.
  • Support the training of new temporary team members on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment as required.
  • Ensure proper storage of materials to optimize space utilization.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Equipment Proficiency:
  • Basic understanding of warehouse and material handling processes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse tools and operations.

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift weights ranging from 50 to 60 lbs.
  • Requires sustained physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting heavy or awkward materials.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
