Job Title: Custodial Janitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodial Janitor to join our team at Val Ward Cadillac. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our luxury facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the facility is clean and tidy at all times
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure a high level of quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in custodial work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
