Landscaper and Groundskeeper

We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team at Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and repair of lodge property and equipment.

As a Landscaper, your primary duties will include:

• Maintaining and cleaning the grounds to ensure they are aesthetically appealing
• Performing equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Assisting with maintenance projects
• Watering and fertilizing plants
• Mowing and trimming lawns

You will also be responsible for performing walk-throughs of the grounds, picking up garbage, and disposing of it.

We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional guest service and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous maintenance or landscaping experience is preferred but not required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
