- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing clinical team.
- PhD in Clinical Psychology or Psychiatry.
- Current license in good standing in the State of Texas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Director in a Residential Treatment Center (RTC).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Advanced computer knowledge and experience with electronic health records.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Pass an annual Background Clearance.
- Willing to submit to random drug and alcohol screening.
