Artist Hospitality Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Artist Hospitality Team Member to join our team at I.M.P. in Washington, DC.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and reliability. As an Artist Hospitality Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to artists and their teams, ensuring their needs are met throughout their engagement with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and maintaining a lunch buffet for artists and crew members, including restocking and replenishing food and beverages as needed.
  • Preparing and delivering dinner, snacks, and other refreshments to artists and their teams.
  • Providing support with green room setup, including stocking amenities such as sodas, towels, waters, toilet paper, soap, tea, cups, plates, utensils, and more.
  • Receiving and processing deliveries, including groceries and vendor orders.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines and best practices.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc requests from management, tour managers, barbacks, and other relevant personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds multiple times a day and climb stairs regularly.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and discretion when interacting with artists and their teams.
  • Reliability, honesty, and strong work ethic, with ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Food experience preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum availability of 2 days per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $19.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
