Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Print Operator to join our 1st shift operations team at Baesman Group, Inc. This role involves the setup, operation, and maintenance of digital print equipment, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production workflows.

This position requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced commercial printing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run all digital imaging devices effectively, including programming, loading, unloading, and clearing jams.
  • Place service calls when required, accurately informing technicians of any issues.
  • Monitor job schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines.
  • Acknowledge and follow job specifications, set up equipment, and complete jobs from start to finish.
  • Perform maintenance, place service calls, and conduct quality control procedures.
  • Manage daily job ticket entry, communicate with personnel, and multitask effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and manage inventory of paper and consumables.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of full-time experience in digital print (toner, inkjet, wide format inkjet).
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in operating various digital equipment.
  • BASIC literacy and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
